• From Singapore/Japan to Europe:
• If Item + Shipping < €150 → economical post (EMS/SingPost).
• Premium carriers (FedEx/UPS/DHL) available if buyer pays the difference (approx. €15+).

2. Customs

• Buyer is responsible for all import taxes, duties & customs fees.
• We are not liable for customs delays or charges.

3. Cancellations & Returns

• If cancelled after payment, buyer covers all return shipping & taxes/duties.
• Returns require approval and items must be undamaged & in original packaging. Buyer pays all return costs.

4. Payment

• Winning items held for 7 days.
• Full payment required within this period or item may be relisted
