​IMPORTANT NOTE FOR BIDDERS: This lot is specifically EDITION 2 (Release II). While Edition 3 appears on the auction market more frequently, this legendary second edition has become exceptionally difficult to find and is rarely seen up for bidding.
​Unlike later releases, this specific Edition 2 was matured for its entire 10-year duration in 100% First-Fill Oloroso Sherry Casks. This exclusive maturation gives the whisky its iconic, deep mahogany color and a masterclass flavor balance between heavy Islay peat smoke and rich, dark sherry sweetness. Bottled at a powerful cask strength of 56.3% ABV.
