Very unusual bronze blank flan / edge lettering trial, probably dated to the 5th regnal year, c. 1765, Birmingham.
This is not a regular circulation coin, but a trial piece for edge lettering, struck on a blank bronze flan.

DECUS ET TUTAMEN ANNO REGNI QUINTO
