A rare and highly collectible collaboration between two iconic producers: Brasserie Cantillon (Brussels) and Domaine Stéphane Tissot (Jura).
“La Corvée” is a unique hybrid creation at the crossroads of wine and Lambic, combining traditional Belgian spontaneous fermentation with Jura winemaking heritage.
Composition
* Marc of Trousseau & Poulsard, macerated for 3 months in amphora
* Blended with 2-year-old Lambic
* 300 g/L of grapes used
The beer undergoes a natural refermentation in bottle, enhancing complexity and ageing potential.
Style
A singular and experimental cuvée, offering a deep, evolving profile, bridging the structure of grape maceration with the vibrant acidity and wild character of Lambic.
