Description fournie par le vendeur
An exceptional early 20th century crystal vase from Baccarat executed in the Venetian style. The piece reflects the distinctive “Venetian walls” technique, with layered, architectural glasswork and an elegant decoration.
The design follows a classic Baccarat pattern, comparable to documented catalogue references of similar models, while presenting its own variation in the treatment of the neck, where differing decorative solutions were applied within the same production family.
As is consistent with early 20th century production, the vase is unsigned. During this period, Baccarat pieces were typically identified by paper labels or stickers, which rarely survive over time. Their absence is therefore entirely normal and does not affect authenticity or provenance.
The piece remains in excellent antique condition, showing only light and appropriate traces of age consistent with more than a century of existence. These subtle signs of time are considered natural for glass of this period and further confirm its authenticity and historical character.
A refined and collectible decorative object, combining elegance, historical value, and the timeless sophistication of early French crystal production in the Venetian style.
Height — 33 cm
Top diameter — 10 cm
Base diameter — 11 cm
