I am offering in this auction a classic German record player / changer, an essential component for anyone restoring vintage radios from the 1950s.
This is a Perpetuum Ebner Rex A, manufactured in Germany in the early 1950s.
The unit was removed from a vintage radio and is in very good cosmetic condition. It comes complete with all of its original accessories. It plays both shellac and vinyl records, supports four playback speeds, and is capable of automatically changing up to 10 records.
For protection, it has been placed in a wooden box. However, it can also be packed in a different box or installed back into a vintage radio.
For safe transportation, the record player will be shipped inside the same wooden box shown in the photos, providing added protection during transit.
The record changer has been tested and is fully functional. It comes complete with all original accessories (please see the attached photos).
