Introducing a vintage 1950s Italian carrello bar in the mid-century modern style. These iconic models, with their crisscross legs and handle, are often attributed to designer Cesare Lacca or to Cassina. Unique and extremely elegant Italian Art Deco and Mid-Century Modern bar cart with two glass tiers, highlighted by its magnificent wood structure and overall form, complemented by the details of the original antique brass casters.
The Art Deco style, which preceded Hollywood Regency and later Mid-Century Modern, was focused on creating a striking image and was considered highly glamorous, elegant, functional, and modern. Soft lines and smooth angles, glass, and a variety of expensive and exotic materials are featured.
