Bivrost Jotunheim – Arctic Single Malt Whisky

A unique and highly distinctive single malt from Bivrost, Norway’s Arctic distillery, located at 69° North beneath the Lyngen Alps and the Northern Lights.

Jotunheim is the fourth release in Bivrost’s “Nine Worlds of Norse Mythology” series, inspired by the legendary realm of the giants. The whisky was distilled in 2017/2018 and matured in a combination of carefully selected ex-Bourbon and ex-Stout beer casks, creating a rich and unusual character.

Expect notes of caramel, mocha and roasted coffee, complemented by vanilla, dark chocolate, tobacco and a subtle beer influence.

Bottled at 46% ABV, with only 3,000 individually numbered bottles produced worldwide, making this a fascinating and limited piece for collectors of Nordic and experimental whisky.
