This lot brings together four official Japanese ONE PIECE CARD GAME Starter Decks released by Bandai on July 11, 2026.

The collection includes four different decks from the six-deck ST-31 to ST-36 release wave:

• ST-31 Red Monkey D. Luffy
• ST-32 Green Roronoa Zoro
• ST-35 Red/Black Sabo
• ST-36 Yellow Eustass “Captain” Kid

These four products represent some of the most popular characters and factions in the ONE PIECE universe and offer a particularly attractive selection for both ONE PIECE CARD GAME players and collectors of Japanese starter deck products.

Please note that ST-33 Blue Kuzan and ST-34 Purple Charlotte Katakuri are not included, so this is not the complete six-deck collection.

Background

In July 2026, Bandai released six ONE PIECE CARD GAME Starter Decks simultaneously:

ST-31 Red Monkey D. Luffy
ST-32 Green Roronoa Zoro
ST-33 Blue Kuzan
ST-34 Purple Charlotte Katakuri
ST-35 Red/Black Sabo
ST-36 Yellow Eustass “Captain” Kid

The release was designed to provide accessible constructed decks featuring different colours, leaders and strategies.

Bandai also held a special “Rookies Battle” event in official ONE PIECE CARD GAME shops to coincide with the launch of these six decks, allowing players to participate using the Starter Decks in their original configurations.

This lot contains four of the six products from that release.

A mono-red Starter Deck led by Monkey D. Luffy.

Bandai describes ST-31 as a fast and aggressive red deck that uses Luffy’s Leader effect to make effective use of rested DON!! cards.

Characters with the “Straw Hat Crew” trait play an important role in the deck’s offensive strategy.

A Red/Black Starter Deck centred on Sabo.

Bandai describes the deck as a midrange fighting deck capable of strengthening multiple Characters through the Leader effect while developing Revolutionary Army Characters onto the field.

The striking red-and-black artwork makes this one of the most visually distinctive decks in the 2026 lineup.

Collector Appeal

This four-deck collection brings together several of the most recognisable characters in ONE PIECE.

Monkey D. Luffy and Roronoa Zoro represent the core of the Straw Hat Crew, while Sabo is one of Luffy’s brothers and a major figure in the Revolutionary Army.
