I am selling a collectible Silver Match lighter, the “Pascal” model, manufactured in France in the late 1960s - early 1970s [it]. It is a representative piece of the heyday of French gas lighters, notable for its minimalist design and ingenious modular disassembly system.

Product details and condition:

Design: Elegant outer casing, finished in glossy black lacquer, complemented by a chrome upper mechanism. It has a distinctive retro visual appearance.

Authenticity: The inner aluminum tank is completely original and retains the famous red marking intact: “SILVER MATCH Pascal - Remplissage Interdit” (Refilling prohibited). The writing is perfectly legible, a rare detail for these models where the paint easily rubbed off during use.

Mechanism: Lighter with side-wheel ignition. The upper mechanical assembly is completely removable from the casing, a technical feature specific to the brand.

Technical condition: The mechanism is complete, but the original gas cartridge is empty (being a historical model originally designed with a disposable tank). It is sold in the excellent aesthetic condition in the images, as a historical piece of decoration, for restoration or spare parts.
