Since its creation, Mouton Cadet has constantly reinvented itself, driven by three generations of the Rothschild family and their unwavering commitment to wine. The 2023 vintage presents a deep purple-red color with violet highlights. The initial nose is intense, revealing a bouquet of red and black fruits, complemented on the second nose by hints of sweet spices. On the palate, the attack is ample and fleshy, marked by notes of Morello cherry and raspberry. The mid-palate, round and enveloping, showcases delicate aromas of black fruits, while the persistent finish opens with light touches of fresh spice.
