Drive on four axles, two traction(New)
The locomotive has a mid-mounted Faulhaber- engine.
There are LED lights at each end that change depending on the direction of travel.
The locomotive has many fine details, see the pictures.
BR 290 has been test-driven in both directions and it works excellently and is it little used.
A decision was made not to cover the decoder, in order to provide a cooling effect.
CV settings for acceleration, deceleration, and maximum speed have been entered.
