Gucci – Vintage Sterling Silver Dog Tag Necklaces / Pendants – Set of 2

Unusual vintage set of two Gucci dog-tag pendants with ball chains, crafted in sterling silver and made in Italy.

Each pendant has the classic military-style rectangular dog-tag shape with softened corners and a slightly curved lower edge. The front is engraved:

One of the tags also bears the Italian silver hallmarks on the reverse, including:

925 – sterling silver fineness
1697 AR – Italian registered maker’s mark from the Arezzo assay district.

The pendants are accompanied by matching silver-tone ball chains with cylindrical barrel-style connectors, giving the set a distinctive late-20th-century / early Gucci accessories aesthetic.

The minimalist polished design makes these pieces suitable for both men and women and they can be worn individually, together, or used as collectible Gucci accessories.
