Le travail d’Elena Paraskeva est conservé dans des collections institutionnelles et d’entreprise, notamment le Public Art Department of Sweden (Gouvernement Västra Götaland), Boston Hospital, USA (installation majeure de 500 cm à l’entrée du Service d’Oncologie Infantile), Australian National University, Thalassa Museum, Affinity (Serif), et d’autres collections institutionnelles et d’entreprise.

Ses œuvres ont été exposées au Parlement européen à Bruxelles, ainsi que dans d’importantes biennales et galeries à NYC, Paris, Tokyo, Londres, Dubaï, Sao Paulo (Brésil), Vienne, Barcelone, Munich, Kuala Lumpur, Florence, Francfort, Málaga, Linz, Graz, Sienne, etc.
En 2026, le photographe Magnum Alec Soth, largement considéré comme l’un des photographes vivants les plus influents, a personnellement sélectionné ses oeuvres pour une exposition en Grèce, sous l’égide du Ministère grec de la Culture.

Elle a été nommée Photographe Internationale de l’Année (2024 / 2023 / 2021 / 2018) par quatre sociétés photographiques internationales différentes.

Elle a reçu une reconnaissance internationale et d’importantes récompenses des Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix de la Photographie Paris, International Photography Awards (IPA), Neutral Density Awards, et bien d’autres.

Depuis 2021, elle est jurée pour le FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS — siégeant aux côtés de conservateurs du Fotografiska Museum et du Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography — et jugeur pour plusieurs concours photographiques internationaux chaque année. Elle est également ancienne formatrice et ambassadrice Adobe.

Ses photographies ont été publiées dans Smithsonian Magazine, The Guardian (Royaume-Uni & Australie), The Times, Vogue.it, Aesthetica, LensCulture, PDN, Photography Masterclass, et de nombreuses autres publications internationales.
