Vintage ceramic table lighter made by Søholm, Denmark, featuring a distinctive Mid-Century Modern abstract decoration.
The ceramic body has a richly textured glazed surface with an attractive combination of turquoise, blue, brown, black and off-white tones. The decorative pattern varies around the entire body, giving the piece a particularly expressive and handcrafted appearance.
The lighter is fitted with a removable metal mechanism. The mechanism is working and produces a spark. The lighter is currently empty and requires refilling with gas before use.
The underside is marked “MADE IN SØHOLM / MARK”, as shown in the photographs.
