Daum Frères - Carafe - Cristal

Magnificent vintage Daum crystal decanter, crafted in France from exceptionally thick and luminous clear crystal. Its elegant elongated body is raised on a spectacular sculptural base formed by large, flowing crystal petals, creating a striking floral effect.
The generous proportions, remarkable weight and fluid modelling of the crystal are characteristic of Daum’s refined mid-century production. The substantial handmade base catches and reflects the light wonderfully, producing brilliant highlights and subtle rainbow reflections.
The stopper is slightly smaller than the neck opening.
The decanter is in excellent vintage condition with normal traces of time. The photographs form an integral part of the description.
