Bol à buffet argenté au style Empire, France, dating 1850–1900, orné de quatre griffins et d'une poignée perlée, avec un garniture intérieure en verre satiné, Ø ~18 cm, hauteur 12 cm (20 cm avec poignée), poids 990 g, en bon état d’usage avec de légères traces de vieillissement.

A very fine silver plated Empire style bowl with four griffins and a beaded handle
The bowl comes with its original satin glas liner with transparent rim. Probably used for berries or as a small fruit bowl

Measuring ca. Diameter 18 cm, height 12/20 cm without/with handle

Condition:: Very good without chips, cracks or repairs. The glass liner with some black scratches. These can probably be removed with a paste of baking soda and warm water. The scratches are not visible when the liner sits in the bowl.
