Baccarat - Carafe - Cristal

An elegant Baccarat decanter in Rex model with a striking, elongated silhouette. Fine vertical fluting descends from the narrow neck to the broad base, catching the light along every line. Its original, fan-cut stopper echoes the design of the body and gives the piece a beautifully composed finish.
The decanter is numbered and is accompanied by a page from a Baccarat catalogue illustrating the design. It is unsigned, consistent with Baccarat production before the introduction of the acid-etched mark in 1936.
A distinguished piece in lovely antique condition. There are some age-related traces inside the decanter and signs of wear on the stopper. Please examine the photographs for a detailed view of its condition.
