A charming collection of 10 matching tea cup and saucer sets from the “Special Flowers” series by Queen’s / Rosina China Co. Ltd., England.
Each set represents a different month of the year and is decorated with its corresponding flower. The individual botanical designs range from delicate white and yellow blossoms to violets, asters and richly coloured summer flowers, giving the collection a particularly attractive and varied appearance.
Made in English fine bone china, the cups have an elegant fluted form with shaped handles, complemented by matching saucers. Fine green ornamental borders and gilt detailing complete the design.
The underside bears the original Queen’s / Rosina backstamp:
“Special Flowers – Queen’s – Fine Bone China – Made in England – Rosina China Co. Ltd.”
The month and corresponding flower are individually identified on the pieces.
