Nose: Fresh and young nose but not too young. It’s sherried to the max and very sugary sweet but not overly so. Strawberry, cinnamon and there’s some bitterness that hides below all that sweet sherry.

Palate: Less sweet than on nose and more mature with espresso bitterness and chocolate, blackberries & strawberry, cinnamon and oak wood.

Finish: Medium length with oak wood spices, espresso grounds, berries and cinnamon.
