Pentax SMC Pentax-FA 1,4/50mm Objectif principal

Authentic Pentax smc FA 50mm F1.4 Fast Prime Lens - Exquisite Bokeh & Timeless Japanese Engineering

Experience the evocative rendering of classic Japanese optical design with this authentic smc PENTAX-FA 50mm F1.4 prime lens. Designed for discerning visual artists who seek organic character rather than sterile modern rendering, this optic brings poetry to medium-format aesthetic sensibilities within 35mm film and digital shooting.

Equipped with Asahi Pentax's celebrated Super Multi-Coating (smc), this fast F1.4 optic excels in available-light conditions, letting you shoot comfortably at dusk or indoors without artificial lighting. Its 50mm focal length offers a perspective closely matching human vision, training the photographer's eye to frame fleeting moments with clarity and poise. Paired with a digital K-mount camera, it transforms into an exceptional 76.5mm-equivalent portrait lens on APS-C bodies, or acts as a versatile standard lens on full-frame cameras.

Its featherlight footprint (approx. 220g, 65mm x 37mm) ensures it can remain on your camera all day without fatigue. The mechanical focus and aperture mechanics respond reliably. Optics remain clear with only small interior dust specks, and the exterior barrel reflects honest handling through slight cosmetic wear and minor scuffs. Accompanied by front and rear caps, a protective filter, and a soft case, this lens provides a refined gateway to authentic analog and digital storytelling.
