Single cask bottling by Elizabeth Yard (Holyrood Distillery, Scotland). Distilled at Diamond Distillery, Guyana, on 31 August 2011 from the wooden double pot still (Port Mourant). Aged for 10 years including 5 years of tropical maturation, then finished for 75 days in a Spanish oak Palo Cortado sherry quarter cask.
Limited outturn of only 222 bottles. Bottled at 49.8% vol. in 70 cl.
