This beer was made in collaboration with Misao La Maison des Poivres. To be consumed preferably within the 20 years after bottling date. Beer with taste evolution. Bottled : 16 May 2025

The Cuvée Saint-Gilloise is a blend of Lambic aged for two years in oak barrels. and dry-hopped with Hallertau. The beer will evolve over time. Store and serve at cellar temperature (12-15°C/55-60°F). To be consumed preferably within 20 years after the bottling date. Bottled : 15 february 2023
