This beautiful book (designed by Springer & Jacoby, photograpy Peter Lindberg a.o.) was published during the launching of the first generation of the SLK at the Turin Motor Show, 1996 (where this exclusive, luxury publication was achieved)
Production started in Bremen, Germany.
SLK stands for sporty, light and short - in German Sport, Leicht und Kurz.
Minor rubbing on the clamshell box, book in very good condition.
