Le spese di spedizione sono state alte, inoltre si sono aggiunti anche i costi dello sdoganamento, però la scatola è in ottime condizioni! Soddisfatto!

Sono state applicate 26 euro in contrassegno su un valore del bene di 70 euro. Non esistono tasse doganali sotto i 150 euro . Si paga in Italia solo l’IVA ossia 22% di 70. Voglio un rimborso

We sincerely regret to hear about your experience. However, as the local customs fees are imposed, I have no authority or control over them. As you correctly mentioned, items under €150 should not incur customs duties. Unfortunately, I cannot explain why they required you to pay this fee.

As clearly stated in the auction description: 'Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.'

I also want to assure you that I declared the accurate customs value of the item truthfully and did not falsely declare it. I hope you can understand this situation.

tout est impeccable  ,boîte de rolex magnifique l état,  dommage que je du payé  la douane asses élevé  pour 60 € d achat+60€transport + 37 € douane! dommage..
