Upon inspection of the vase we were very disappointed as the vase had numerous micro-chips/flea bite, air bubbles and at least one chip.The condition report was false and misleading. Shipping was ok.

Regarding the vase, you should know that at the time of manufacture, bubbles can be installed effectively. the connoisseurs of the crystal Val Saint Lambert, know that it is something recurrent on the pieces.
It's almost a guarantee of VSL authenticity.

This is in no way considered a defect. (for proof the vase was sold for the first time in this state).

The state was defined as very good condition with TRACES of use and time.
No shot, miss, égrenure.
I do not see how you were "cheated"?

The photos are representative of the general state of the vase.
