The lot was related to 9 vintage videogames. Once the lot arrived, the user informed me about a video game that didn't work properly. At that point, agreeing privately, I put in a refund with a greater value than the cost of the game itself. I have solicited the user several times in order to propose a solution also through catawiki. More than that, I wouldn't know what to do.
