Privatverkauf als Auslösung meiner privaten Sammlung Aufgrund Privatverkauf muss ich noch ergänzen: Da die neue EU-RICHTLINIE jetzt 1 Jahr Gewährleistung auch für Privatverkäufe vorsieht - soweit der Verkäufer es nicht ausschließt - erkläre ich, dass ich für meine privat verkauften Artikel keine Gewährleistung im Sinne der EU-Richtlinie übernehme. Mit Kauf der Ware erklären Sie sich ausdrücklich damit einverstanden, auf die Garantie / Gewährleistung zu verzichten. Auf die bei mir gekauften neuen, wie auch gebrauchten Artikel, besteht keinerlei Widerrufs- und Rückgaberecht (§312dAbs.4Nr.5BGB „Die Haftung auf Schadenersatz wegen Verletzungen von Gesundheit, Körper oder Leben und grob fahrlässiger und/oder vorsätzlicher Verletzungen meiner Pflichten als Verkäufer bleibt davon unberührt.“
