Deck was resealed there were 2 layers of tape on the sides . I guess they opened it to see if it's a goddeck and closed again to sell. Item was not sealed . I opened it today and saw the layers oftape

Sorry but that's not true. How you can see I have all good reviews. I am always correct. 
How I get it I resell it. I am sorry if something is really with your deck. But I also buy it from private person not from the shop. Maybe the guy before me open it and he sold me like that and I didn't even not it.
