My parcel was not delivered at all. I was at home and I live in Belgium, the communication I received was that it was delivered in Hungary. I did not receive any SMS and nobody rang at my door!!!

A discussed via Messages:
01. The tracking information you were checking and that you used to provide negative feedback was not the correct information.
02. At the time you wrote the premature negative feedback you had not yet contacted me for additional information and/or follow-up with the courier.
03. When you did reach out to me, only after giving premature negative feedback, the courier was actually 'en route' to your address - as shown in the tracking screenshots provided to you via Messages.
04. The courier did deliver the books at your address less than 1 hour after the premature negative feedback.
05. I will ask Catawiki to remove this premature negative feedback.
