Up for auction is a nice and rare april 1944 dated official US Army Pocket Guide to the Netherlands, as issued to US troops invading the Netherlands from Market Garden onwards. This interesting and decorative US Army book gives insights into the Dutch culture and the different Dutch topographic regions, so that the US soldier / paratrooper would be familiar with the environment, including maps. The booklet is in good condition for its age.
