La struttura presenta linee sinuose tipiche del Rococò, con gambe mosse e braccioli elegantemente sagomati. La seduta e lo schienale sono rivestiti in tessuto ricamato a mano a punto croce, decorato con ghirlande floreali, rose e un medaglione centrale con motivi ornamentali. Il disegno e la tecnica sono tipici della produzione francese di fine Ottocento e inizio Novecento. La chiodatura originale in metallo brunito rifinisce il perimetro del rivestimento. La seduta è costruita con molle e cinghie in juta, visibili dal lato inferiore, secondo la tecnica tradizionale artigianale dell’epoca. Condizioni La poltrona è in buone condizioni conservative in rapporto all’età. La struttura è solida e stabile. Il legno presenta una bella patina naturale con normali segni di usura. Il tessuto mostra lievi segni di utilizzo e piccole abrasioni compatibili con l’età, senza strappi importanti. L’imbottitura è ancora funzionale.
