Dear Bidders, Thank you for your interest in my offer. You are bidding here on sculptural hand-blown art glass vase from the iconic Swirl series, designed by Josef Hospodka for Chřibská Glassworks, Czechoslovakia, in the 1960s. One of Hospodka's most recognisable Mid-Century Modern designs, it perfectly reflects the innovation and craftsmanship of Bohemian art glass during its golden era. This vase reflects the artistic dialogue between Bohemian and Murano glassmaking traditions while maintaining the distinctive sculptural style for which Josef Hospodka became renowned.
