The colour is dark blue. The nose is rich with hints of ripe red fruit and a chocolate finish. The body is full with flavours of wild blackberry with silky tannins and a long, flavourful finish with hints of powdered chocolate. Ideal with first courses and red meats such as hare and wild boar. Produced in only 5,000 bottles by master winemaker Michel Rolland.
