It is born from Corvina and Rondinella grapes on the hills of Tenuta Novare, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, in vineyards dedicated only to drying grapes. 2012 is the result of 3,322 days of waiting and working. Complex, balanced, harmonious, of extraordinary longevity. Intense red color, with garnet shades. The typical notes of plum, cherry and marasca stand out on the nose, followed by tea leaf, licorice and spices. Hints of red berry fruit, sweetened by soft notes of spices, in perfect balance with acidity and tannin.
