2018 Château Perreau Bel-Air 'Harmonie' - Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux - 12 Bottles (0.75L)
Gold Medal Concours Mondial du Féminalise, Paris 2020. 90% merlot 10% cabernet franc, aromas of ripe black and red fruits, hint of spice, touch of oak and vanilla. Full-bodied, concentrated and structured, with big supple tannins and medium acidity. Aged 12 months in a mix of new and used French oak barrels. Bottled at the domaine. Perfect for drinking now and will cellar through 2028. Established by Denis Lubiato in 1986, he initially sent his wine to Mouton-Cadet, then in 2008 started bottling under his own chateau name. The 10-hectare domaine is in the commune of Gardegan et Tourtirac just 5 km from St Emilion with similar soil and climate. His wines have won numerous awards in the Castillon appellation as well as the prestigious Concours de Féminalise. He harvests manually and the domaine is labelled Culture Raisonnée (sustainable practices). . Shipped from France.
