Bert Stern Family Collection is made up of prints the artist gave to his family during his lifetime. Comprised of Artist proofs, special editions and unique prints, this collection upholds the integrity and legacy of the visionary photographer.
" Famous Romy Schneider candid photo on the yacht" is signed in black pen on the recto and the signature is signed on the far right . Is copyright stamped and signed on the verso by the artist. The edition in number 12/36 only. with an image size 12 x 7 inches on Archival Heavy Matte fine art photo paper measuring 19 x 13. Bert worked on his own negatives, cleaned them and enhanced his images, creating brilliant vibrant photos you see today. He printed using several inks dyed into the archival paper, he called them Pigment Prints, guaranteed not to fade for 100 years.
