"USSR. Plant of Nautical Instruments. H(ead) Q(uarters)".
(Leningrad State Plant No. 338 of the Shipbuilding Industry Directorate of LENSOVNARKHOZ (1918-1960))
The clock is mechanical, keyed, and has 10 days power reserve (It is recommended to winding once a week)
The clock is wound with a built-in key.
The hands are turned to the desired position by simply turning the minute hand with your finger.
Precision runs well +- 10 sec per day.
