As you can see from the photos, it is a delicate work, the grace of the gold reflections is also beautiful and precious.
Kaneko Kunio (born 1949) is one of the most beloved and famous contemporary Japanese woodblock artists.
His favorite designs for prints are carp, goldfish, trees, Mt. Fuji, and traditional Japanese motifs (such as kimonos).
His prints are entirely handmade. He often uses gold leaf (or silver leaf) on colored paper.
The woodblock print is in excellent condition
Will be securely packed to prevent bending and shipped by Japan Post.
