Beautiful multi-purpose Rectangular Scalloped Dish produced by Herend - “ Chinese Bouquet “ Collection, Apponyi Green, in excellent to pristine condition.
This is a magnificent rectangular dish/bowl with scalloped border, versatile piece as can be used for serving sweets, as a vide-poche for keeping coins or keys, exposed on a table or on stand.
The origin of the pattern is associated with Count Albert Apponyi, for whom this simplified version of “ Fleurs des Indes” was first prepared in 1931.
It’s in excellent to pristine condition, NO chips, NO cracks and NO repairs.
