They are all in very good shape, considering they are around 60 years old. Their heads turn smoothly from side to side. Royal Pet is a series of wooden animals manufactured by a Japanese corporation Senshukai between the limited time of 1960-1970s. Senshukai, originally a Kokeshi Doll manufacturer, was inspired by European wooden toys, and for a short period produced Japanese wooden toy animals called "Royal Pet".
