Unusual, huge green tolbachite with Halite - Sieroszowice, Lower Silesia, Poland
The color is caused by the presence of rare tolbachite as well as inclusions of covellite, sulphur and bitumen. Specimens found in late 2016.
Total production of the good quality specimens of skeletal green halite is about 200-300 specimens. Most of them are in size range of about 2-4 cm, and only small percentage of good quality crystals reaches over 7 cm like this one.
