Up for auction a very rare Studer A80 VU in very good conditions. Two track stereo 15 / 30 ips - (38 - 76cm) It was previously owned by Ringo Starr and specially designed by Eddy Veale who took technical care of Ringo's Starling Studio at Tittenhurst Park. A certificate of authenticity is available and comes with the auction. The certificate guarantees the 100% authenticity of the recorder and the 4 dolby units that come with it. The recorder is fully functional and in very nice condition. The heads are also in a nice condition as you can see in the pictures. All is working and it records and plays well. The 4 original Dolby 360-1 units modules are included and working, bought in conjunction with the machine by Eddie Veale.
