This is a genuine pterosaurus fossil skeleton (Darwinopterus modularis). The pterosaur has retained excellent bone details, and having sharp teeth. Be amazed by its sharp hand and foot claws. The size of this pterosaur is quite large, measures around 50cm from the snout tip to the end of its tail.
Cracks on slab are professionally rejoined and restored, while very minor touch up on the bones where the cracks go through, otherwise; there is NO restoration to the skeleton. Our professional fossil preparation specialist has reinforced the slab at the back, to ensure that this specimen can endure long term display at home or museum.
This is a museum quality specimen for museum or serious fossil collectors. A once in a life time, not to be missed specimen.
