A long and narrow sliver of oxidized matrix that includes a piece of the wall of a vug covered by a druse of a first generation of small transparent, colorless to light green and extremely sharp smithsonite rombohedrons with tiny deep emerald green dioptase inclusions on top of which lager more saturated cuprosmithsonite rombohedrons of a sea foam green color are scattered pretty evenly across the specimen’s surface where they are quite visible despite the monochromatic pallet present in this piece
