"Made in Sutherland, in view of the sea, this wondrous malt met its match in a Pedro Ximénez hogshead. Subtle sweetness and dried fruits are brought by the sherry cask to the whisky’s citrusy, spicy, floral banquet. Waxy. Tobacco, green apples. Touches of tablet and honey, fruity and earthy notes, then a lasting piquancy."
