This is a "marriage" of identical napkins but with different interpretations when it
comes to embroidery.
Both napkins have S.D. initials.
The one set I still had in the "stockroom" whereas the other set I obtained recently.
I decided to put them together as it makes sense.
One set with the high relief embroidery has beautiful anemones framed
at the square where the initials are resting .
The edgings are also adorned with the anemones and so is the centre.
The other set is plain linen and has two satin stripes at top and bottom.
The initials are double embroidered in high relief.
I think it makes a perfect ensemble to dress the dining room table.
