Aging: 20/22 months in 60 hl French oak barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration.
Vinification: Light crushing and selective destemming, traditional fermentation for 25 to 40 days in stainless steel and wooden vats under controlled temperature. Pneumatic pressing, systematic malolactic fermentation.
