Work Title: Yamauba to Kintarō Ukiyo-e (山姥と金太郎浮世絵) Artist: Kitagawa Utamaro (喜多川歌麿,1753 -1806) Technique: Woodblock Print Signature & Seal: Artist’s signature and seal on the print Paper Size: 40.8 × 27.5 cm (16.06 × 10.83 in) Paper Material: Washi (和紙) Carver: Koike Gi (小池義) Printer: Kitajima Hidematsu (北島秀松) This exquisite ukiyo-e woodblock print was created by Kitagawa Utamaro, a master ukiyo-e artist of Japan’s Edo period.
