Picture damaged (bended) because of bad packaging. Incomplete because of missing original Magnum envelop as presented on the catawiki site. Waiting for answer/solution

Have sent some feedback to the seller because of bad packaging, and missing part, a brown magnum envelope, which was shown on Catawiki. Seller came back quickly, very positive. Came with solution.
